Here are the major components of your Value Profile report and what they mean:
Global Graph
This is a macro view of the five categories and how much attention you put in each. It will reflect four levels of "risk" -
Low - this area is a strength for you, is low risk of you performing, and can be a source of greater value.
Situational - on occasion, this category of capacities can get in your way, but only in certain situations. More often than not, this category is not a problem.
Conditional - this area is a challenge for you, and you tend to overlook, not pay attention or not value this area as much as you do others.
Real- this area is one in which you pay little attention, and don't value much at all. If this is vital for your work or business, and you are responsible for it, it can pose problems and challenges for you.
Component Analysis
These five pages break down each of the five categories of the global graph, and identifies the specific capacities within each category.
As in the Global Graph, each capacity is rated on the same scale from "low" risk to "high" risk. HIGH RISK DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN "WEAKNESS" - it simply means you don't pay much attention to, or value this capacity as you do those which show up as low or situational risk.
At the bottom of each page is a glossary of terms, a paragraph describing the category in general, and each capacity more specifically.
This gives you a complete "x-ray" for each of the 25 capacities.
Development Comments
The next five pages list development comments, again, one page for each of the five major categories. On each page, you'll find each of the capacities listed under that category as either a strength or an area for development. Those which show up as "low" or situational risk on the component analysis will show up on the development comments pages as strengths, those conditional or high risk items will show up as areas for development. You'll see a one sentence description of that capacity, and one sentence suggestion as to how to access that strength or work to develop that capacity.
Coaching and Counseling Comments
These are broken down into two areas:
Using Your Talent The "learn to rely upon" pages explain how to tap, access and harness those areas that are strengths for you. This will list all strengths, and then give you a few sentences of suggestions and recommendations to capitalize on them.
Focusing Your Growth The "spend time and energy developing" pages tell you how to focus your growth and personal development. You can use these suggestions to find ways to complement with and through others, and leverage your development areas that are not strengths for you. We suggest that you concentrate on your strengths, as those are areas you value most. You are certainly free to work on the development areas, yet, many people find life works better when they are able to find others who can assist in these areas. You can do both. The choice is yours.
Sources of Flow/Interference
These pages describe in paragraph form how you can use your top strengths and values (flow) to achieve greater career and workplace success, gain greater fulfillment from life, and enjoy more prosperous living. The sources of interference point out those major obstacles that can get in the way of satisfaction, joy, fulfillment, success and prosperity.
Pay very close attention to what these pages say, as they can be great sources of insight and breakthrough. When you are in the flow, life is good, has value and you find yourself fulfilled and satisfied. When life is not working the way you want it, look at the sources of interference as a potential to guide you.
Composite Attitude Survey / Value Structure Overview
These consulting pages do not accompany all profiles. If you have the Career Success profile, you won't find these pages.

Final note...
You have before you an instrument that was 50 years in the making. The science of Axiology is the ONLY science that measures human values with mathematical formulas and the science of value logic. You can be sure that if you rank ordered the items according to your personal value, the report is accurate.
Use this as an opportunity to celebrate your unique, irreplaceable, and infinite intrinsic value, and as a way to achieve higher and better market value. Also, realize that your profile reflects YOUR decision-making process and how YOU think. You are not forever locked into a pattern, or limited to any particular kind of thinking.
You have the power within you to experience a wonderful life, enjoy your livelihood and earn a more prosperous living. The Value Profile is your map, the operating guide and owner's manual to the one thing that governs your life - YOUR THINKING.
Chart your course, set your sail and use this opportunity to make the future all you want it to be.
All my very best to you for a rewarding and fulfilling life, livelihood and living.
