I am delighted today - 01/01/01 - the first day of the THIRD Millennium, to announce the launch of the book...
The year 2( )( )( ) was the year of the parenthesis, the year of the in-between. It was the transition year from which The Power of Three's will manifest and show up in the THIRD millennium. Is it cosmic coincidence (seemingly planned sequence of accidentally occurring events) that there are three zeroes in the year 2( )( )( )? It is in the space of the parenthesis that we create powerful possibilities for ourselves, and the future of the planet.
The year 2( )( )( ) was pivotal in human evolution. It was a year in which the past, present and future all seemed to collide. Now, as we emerge on the other side, we slingshot into the third millennium knowing more than we've ever known. We cracked many of the codes. We know the fundamental building blocks of the human genome, and have developed the power to re-create life through cloning. We are closer to understanding the cause of every major disease, and beginning to fully appreciate the presence of spirit in our lives. Every day, we learn more about the incredible depths of the human mind, body and spirit.
In America, presidential Election 2( )( )( ) saw the THREE competing branches of the United States government - legislative, executive and judicial playing hardball with their own political endgames in mind. This was not your typical win, lose or draw competition. Big time power, perks, and politics were at stake here.
The Power of Three's shows up everywhere. I'm sure you can identify a Power of Three in your life. In 1995, I started to speak about the Power of Three's in my seminars. I had been jotting them ever since. I accumulated 33 Power of Three's (OK, I really had more, but isn't 33 a nice number or should it be 333?).
When I thought about a launch date, it hit me that the first day of the REAL new millennium was 01/01/01. The universe was screaming to me, "Mitch, that's it. Birth this baby."
Today, 01/01/01 is the birthday of The Power of Three's. The "pub" date will be of course 03/03/03.
That gives us about 99 weeks or so to complete 33 chapters, and a few extra weeks to add stories, edit the book, and print it. The goal is to introduce one new Power of Three every - THREE weeks.
This book will be dynamic and ever changing. I will frame it and scribe it.
YOU will help build it. YOUR stories will shape it. YOUR experiences will bring it to life.
I invite you and your friends to help us identify, observe and share how The Power of Three's shows up every day as we attempt to balance life, livelihood and living. We'll talk about what we can do to assert and protect our human rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Individually and collectively, what impact can we have in creating a world filled with peace, love and understanding?
Our work with assessing the values of thousands of people show that 90% of us do not feel worthy, entitled and deserving of being, doing and having a great life. Some of us struggle to find our purpose, passion and payoff. Everyone has experienced at least one dark night of the soul, and for some of us that one dark night has lasted for years. In the dark nights that test our belief and faith do we favor idealism, skepticism or cynicism? How do we manage change in a world where staying ahead is simply not falling behind through shock, evolution or innovation?
We learn best when we integrate knowledge, experience and wisdom, and we transform ourselves and the world around us through attention, intention and outcome. We serve our customers most effectively when we know if they are satisfied, dissatisfied, or ready. It is human nature to crave control, predictability and consistency. We can attract, convert and keep more buyers if our advertising makes us as recognizable as Mom, apple pie and Chevrolet. We want our work to be more effective, efficient AND enjoyable.
We build bridges of communication when we listen with our ears, eyes and hearts. We strengthen relationships with people when we seek the highest and best for all a true win, win, win. We experience good karma when we hear no evil, see no evil and speak no evil. Having resources, relationships and results are vital to success. If you want to boost personal performance, align your mind-set, motivation and method. To enjoy the fruits of your labor, respect the law of the farm: plant, nurture and harvest.
Our world is maturing we are evolving from a 19th century of dependence, through a 20th century of independence, to a 21st century of inter-dependence. In the THIRD millennium, market value is going to be a function of what you contribute. Call it the "DAD" factor - the demand for your services, your ability to deliver, and the difficulty of replacing you. How do you rate your DAD factor?
The third millennium will see us triangulate old sciences of mathematics and calculus, with a new science, Axiology (value logic). We'll use these to deepen our understanding of the three levels of human values intrinsic, extrinsic and systemic (click here for more on values and the breakthrough science of Axiology).
Living an Integrated LIFE™ is living more fully in all three dimensions - BEING, DOING and HAVING. The Power of Three's will enrich the mind, nutrient the body and nourish the spirit. Use The Power of Three's to enjoy life, enliven livelihood, and earn a more prosperous living.

I can't prove the Power of Three's exists, scientifically. But I have seen it experientially. I imagine you have, too. Like any magical, mythological, or mystical experience, The Power of Three's often defies logic and reason.
